田博涛，河北深县人，一九三一年生，号清风堂主。少时喜爱书画，书学二王、张旭、怀素；画攻吴昌硕、齐白石、张大千、徐渭、八大山人、王元章等。曾受教于林鹏、沈鹏、刘艺、沙漫翁、于曙光诸先生，优得林鹏称许。书画作品载入《二十世纪中国著名书画家》并获“世纪功勋艺术家”称号、《中国艺术家优秀作品选集》并获得佳作奖。《河北省侨联艺术家作品集》、《盛世春风》等。作品在全国大展赛中多次获奖，被中外人士收藏。 2011年春作为电视剧《风生水起话三僚》中风水祖师杨筠松杨公特型扮演者，应邀参加江西省特色旅游文化节开幕式等活动。现任中国书画家联谊会河北办事处常务副主任；中国美术艺术家协会理事；中国书画家联谊会会员；河北侨联书画家联谊会副会长；河北省人大书画摄影协会会员；走遍燕赵大地活动特约书画家；直隶行宫画院顾问；花洲书画院名誉院长。

Tian Botao, a native of Shenxian County, Hebei Province, was born in 1931. When I was young, I loved painting and calligraphy, and the book learned two Kings, Zhang Xu, Huai Su; Painting attack Wu Changshuo, Qi Baishi, Zhang Daqian, Xu Wei, eight mountain people, Wang Yuanzhang and so on. He has been taught by Mr. Lin Peng, Shen Peng, Liu Yi, Sha Manweng, Yu Shuguang Zhu, and won the praise of Lin Peng. His calligraphy and painting works were included in the "Famous Chinese Calligraphers and Painters of the 20th Century" and won the title of "Meritorious Artist of the Century" and the "Excellent Works of Chinese Artists" and won the Excellent Works Award. "Hebei Province Overseas Chinese Federation artists collection", "Flourishing Spring breeze" and so on. His works have won many awards in national exhibition competitions and have been collected by Chinese and foreign people. In the spring of 2011, as the Feng shui master Yang Yunsong Yang Gong character actor in the TV series "Wind Sheng Water up three Liao", he was invited to participate in the opening ceremony of Jiangxi Province's characteristic tourism culture Festival and other activities.
